Welcome to College Parke!
Introducing College Parke, a new student townhome development one mile from Anderson University! Student townhome suites include four bedroom/four and a half baths, complete with a full kitchen and living room for relaxation and fellowship. Every spacious, individual bedroom features its own private bath.
This gated student community offers individual leases for each student resident!
College Parke is adjacent to the Anderson University Sports Complex on Williamston Road, less than a mile from classes. The Trojan Transit is available to and from campus.
